1. How do you accept payments for your transfer service?
We accept payments on arrival.You can pay to our driver.Only cash accepted.

Also if you booked a return transfer, you have to pay total cost on arrival.

2. Which currency do you accept?
You can pay with any currency you want to.£ English Pounds, € Euro or Turkish Lira.

3. Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle.

4. Can I pay with a credit card or with bank transfer?
No. We only accept payments on arrival on cash.

5. Do I have to pay deposit, if i book a transfer?
No.You do not have to pay deposit.Our booking service is free.

6. Is your company licensed?
We are fully licensed by Turkish Tourism Authorities.(TURSAB)

7. How can I make a transfer reservation?
Complete listing of transfers where you can find your destination, you can make your free reservation by using our booking form on the right side of the page.

8. Are your transfer prices all inclusive?
Yes it is.Our prices include taxes,parking fee,gas,luggage,insurance.No hidden sub charges.

9. Are prices changing depends on day time or night time?
No.It is same cost whether you need our service day or night.

10. My flight is delayed.What should i do?
We check the progress of your flight before your car is dispatched so your driver is always there to meet you with a name board for you.Also we will not charge you extra.

11. I can’t find my driver?
Call us +90 506 905 0264, our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

12. I made a reservation but i did not receive any details?
If your e-mail is hotmail or yahoo, please check your junk mail box.After you complete reservation, you need to have an e-mail directly to your inbox which you used in form.We recommend you to print out and take it with you.

13. Do you have baby seat and does it cost extra?
Yes we have.No it is not.

14.Do I have insurance?
Yes you have full coverage traffic insurance and it is included in the price.

15. Which resort transfers , you are able to manage from Dalaman Airport?

16. I have a flight for tomorrow.Should i make reservation or give a call to you?
You can make a reservation online.We can also setup your transfer if you can call us least 2 hours before your flight.

17. Do i have to share vehicle with others?
No.We organize only private transfers.This could happen if you book a transfer with another companies.

18. Which vehicles do you have?

19. How can we meet at Dalaman Airport?
Your driver will await your arrival at the airport arrival gate with a sign bearing your name.If your flight is delayed,the driver will be aware of this before he sets off to collect you.Once you will be directed to the vehicle and then you will be driven in comfort and safety to your destination.
