Important notice for our guests who are arriving on domestic flights !


Turkish Airlines, Onur Air, Atlas Jet and Pegasus domestic flights arrive into the Domestic Terminal at Dalaman Airport but they sometimes send guests out of the International Terminal.

If this happens then please be aware that our drivers will check both Terminals for you, but it can take 10 minutes for us to move from one to another.If you can't find your driver please do not worry but you may call on (+90.506.9050264) to inform us which Terminal you are in. This will speed up the process of your pick up.

  1. How can I make a transfer reservation ?

    You can make your free reservation by using our quote form on the left sidebar of our website. For transfer requests from / to the airport please select your details and press Get a quote. You will then be provided with the details of your selected transfer, the price, and a booking form.

  2. I cannot see my hotel listed on the booking form ?

    Unfortunately we cannot list every hotel in the area, the small number of hotels that we have listed are those that are not in the centre of resorts and therefore have a different price. Please just select the town / area that your hotel is situated in and state your hotel name on the booking form.

  3. How can we meet at the airport ?

    Your driver will await your arrival at the airport “Individual Meeters Area” with a sign bearing your name. If your flight is delayed, the driver will be aware of this before he is dispatched to collect you. Once you are directed to our vehicle, you will then be driven in comfort and safety to your holiday destination.

  4. Are your airport transfer prices for per person or per vehicle ?

    Per vehicle.

  5. How do you accept payments ?

    We accept payment on arrival to our driver. We are only able to accept cash. If a return transfer has been booked, the full payment for both journeys must be paid on arrival.

  6. Which currency do you accept ?

    We accept payments only with £ British Pound, € Euro, $ US Dollar or Turkish Lira.

  7. How do you keep your prices low ?

    We own our fleet and therefore can keep our prices competitive as we do not rent the vehicles we use to provide your transfers. This also means there is no middle man or commission added to the cost you pay.

  8. Will it be cheaper for me to book a return transfer instead of two one way transfers ?

    No, our prices are set per vehicle therefore if you only book a one way transfer and wish to book a return at a later date you will not be charged more than if you booked both at the same time.

  9. Is this a direct airport transfer service ?

    We do not make any stops on your journey from the airport to your holiday resort, unless you require us to.

  10. Do I have to share a vehicle with others ?

    We only arrange private airport transfers for your group / booking. You may request to combine bookings if you wish.

  11. I would like to book a Mercedes Vito but we are only 2 passengers. How do I book this ?

    On the quote form to the left of the page, please select 3 passengers and the vehicle type will automatically change to a Mercedes Vito. The price you pay is per vehicle. In the ‘Additional Requests’ box you may state that there are only 2 passengers and not 3 but this is not compulsory.

  12. Is it possible to book a ‘Resort to Airport’ transfer ?

    Yes this is no problem. On the quote form to the left of the page please change the first drop down box to ‘Resort to Airport’.

  13. Is it possible to drink alcohol inside the transfer vehicle ?

    We would like our guests to feel relaxed and comfortable so feel free to consume any drinks during the transfer. We only ask our guests to please keep in mind that your driver will be concentrating on the road.

  14. Is it possible to smoke in the car ?

    Unfortunately not as other guests using our transfer vehicles after you may not appreciate the smell of smoke. Our drivers can stop for a ‘comfort break’ any time you like at the next available safe stopping point on your journey. Please just ask.

  15. We are separate parties arriving on separate flights but we would like to combine our transfer. Is this possible ?

    Yes, this is possible. If you wish to wait for friends / family who are landing at a similar time to you we can accommodate this. We can also drop off at more than one place if necessary if they are in the same area (e.g. Marmaris and Icmeler). The price is per vehicle not per passenger, so you would not pay any extra for this. The total price would be based on the furthest drop off / pick up point. You may add this information to the ‘Additional Requests’ box on the booking form.

  16. Is it possible to drop off / pick up at more than one place ?

    Yes this is possible as long as the drop off / pick up point is in the same general area so we can plan your journey (e.g. a drop off in Marmaris and then in Icmeler). The price would be based on the furthest drop off / pick up point (e.g. the distance from Dalaman Airport to Icmeler is greater than to Marmaris).

  17. If I book a private transfer am I guaranteed a vehicle with air conditioning on both journeys ?

    Yes all our vehicles have air conditioning fitted as standard.

  18. On the booking form it asks for my mobile phone number but I do not take my mobile phone on holiday with me, will this stop me from making a booking ?

    No, this will not prevent you from making a booking but we would prefer to have a contact number for you in case of emergency or in the unlikely event of a change to your transfer (e.g. flight delays, lost luggage, road works).

  19. I see that your Mercedes Vito minibuses have televisions in them. Are we able to watch this in English? and could we bring our own DVD for our children ?

    Yes, all of our entertainment is in English. You may choose from our selection of DVD disks or you may also bring your own to watch.

  20. Do you do private resort to resort transfers i.e. Marmaris to Fethiye ?

    Yes, we are able to provide this service. Please select ‘Resort to Resort’ transfers from the quote form to the left.

  21. Do you provide transfers to / from private addresses ?

    Yes of course. Please just select the town / area the address is in and state the address on the booking form.

  22. Do we have to call you 48 hours before to confirm our return transfer ?

    No, your transfer is confirmed when it is booked and the pick up time is stated on the booking confirmation that is emailed to you . Many other companies require you to call them to confirm your pick up time in advance. There is no need to call us to confirm this.

  23. Do I have insurance for my airport transfer ?

    Full cover transfer insurance is included in the price.

  24. Do you have child, baby seat(s) and do they cost extra ?

    We have baby seats and child booster seats available at no extra cost.

  25. Can you accommodate foldable wheelchairs / foldable prams / small electric scooters ?

    Yes we can. Our Mercedes Vito minibuses are the best choice in this situation. We can fit any of these into the back of these vehicles. If you are only booking a transfer for two passengers our booking system will automatically select a car for your transfer. Please request a mini bus and state what type of wheelchair / scooter you will be travelling with in the ‘Additional Requests’ box and there will be no extra charge for the larger vehicle.

  26. Can you accommodate myself and my pets on the transfer ?

    Yes, you may take your pets in the vehicle with you as long as they are in their transportation cages / carriers.

  27. I made an airport transfer reservation but I did not receive any e-mail ?

    Please check your junk mail box if you do not receive an e-mail immediately. Contact us ASAP if you do not receive this e-mail. Please click on the confirmation link on the e-mail.

  28. Are there any price differences for day or night transfers ?

    All transfer prices are the same whether they are during the day or at night.

  29. Are your airport transfer prices all inclusive ?

    All our transfer prices include taxes, parking fees, fuel, luggage, and insurance. There are no hidden charges.

  30. Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of booking ?

    You do not have to pay a deposit. Our reservation service is free.

  31. I have a flight tomorrow. Should I make a reservation on your website or call you ?

    You can make your free reservation online 24 hours a day. We can arrange your transfer(s) from/to the airport as long as you contact us at least 4 hours before your flight.

  32. My flight is delayed from / to Turkey. What should I do ?

    We always check the progress of your flight online before your car is dispatched so your driver is always there to meet you with a sign board bearing your name. We will not charge extra for any changes to your transfer caused by delays to your flights.

  33. My flight details have been changed, what should I do ?

    Please go to my booking page to amend your details.

  34. I need a transfer to / from Marmaris. Do I choose ‘Marmaris’ or ‘Marmaris Resort Hotel’ ?

    Please choose ‘Marmaris’ for any transfers to / from Marmaris. Only choose ‘Marmaris Resort Hotel’ if you are staying in the hotel of the same name which is located in Hisaronu.

  35. My accommodation has now changed since I booked my transfer / since I arrived in resort. Can I change my drop off / pick up point ?

    Yes you can. Please email us from the contact us page and we will confirm the change to you. If the change occurs whilst you are in resort you may still email us but you can also call us on the numbers provided on your confirmation email. There will be no extra charges for changes to your transfer unless the distance to airport / resort changes dramatically.

  36. How can I cancel my airport transfer reservation ?

    Please email us no less than 24 hours before your journey from / to the airport is due to commence.
