Tour operator coaches and Shuttle transfer buses often wait at Dalaman airport for all passengers to come out of the airport terminal, or wait for the buses to become full before they commence your transfer to your holiday resort. This can be an approximate 1 hour wait if you are one of the first to exit from your flight. It has also been known for companies to combine guests from numerous flights onto one coach / bus, this can cause you even further delays if the flights land at different times.

Half-way into the transfer they will then stop for a "comfort break" for 20-30 minutes before continuing the journey to your holiday resort. It is then very common for the coaches / buses to have up to 10 hotel drop-offs once in resort. By the time you get to your accommodation you may have been travelling on the coach for nearly 3 hours.

We will then reply to your SMS as soon as possible to confirm your transfer.If you require a return transfer we can arrange this with you over the phone via the driver on your arrival.

Please be aware that Turkish Travel agency staff and unlicensed private taxi drivers have been approaching guests as they leave the arrivals terminal to ask what transfer company they are using. They may tell you that the company you are using does not exist, or they may try to convince you that you are booked with them instead.

They will charge you extra or even charge you for a return transfer and then not show up for the departure. Our drivers ALWAYS wait under the 'Individual Meeters Area' with a sign board displaying your name.

We were in Gocek in July 2013. Most excellent service provided by DM. Only thing to be sure of is that you have directions to your accommodation if you are staying in a villa as they are very difficult for the drivers to find! But they come back to fetch you promptly when you want to return to the airport.
